How to control Emotion

Emotions are the pressing and sometime painful force in our lives. We are driven day by day which are following your emotion. When we are excited, our perspective is happy. When we are crying we hurt something which is not what we want.

But when will we sacrifice with your emotion?

Sacrifice when the emotion show:
·         Our dictate our thoughts, intentions and action with superior authority to our rational minds. So don’t late your making decision lament after decision making.

Veer=
·        Emotion is the best met with a sense of moderation and logical perspective.

Steps to control your emotions to challenging situation:

Don’t react right away:  reacting immediately to emotional trigger can let you mistake. Before you trigger with your emotional argument, take a deep breath and stabilize the overwhelming impulse. Continues deeply for five minutes, your muscles intense and your heart rate returns to normal.

Asking for divine (Allah) guidance: faith is our saving grace in our darkest moments. Asking for Allah to surmount your obstacle more easily. When you believe in God, somethings happened to you (good or bad) Allah is the one who want to test you how will you great to him. So your emotion will be in positive thinking of what happened to you.
Surmount=

Find a healthy outlet: to manage your emotion you will need to release it in a healthy way. As someone who do you trust and recount to him/her what happened. Hearing other opinion will make you broadens your awareness. List your emotion form your inner self onto the paper.
Replace your thought: negative emotion blind you to recurring negative thoughts by creating the cycle of the patterns. When your emotion make you feel bad force it out to your mind and replace it with a different thought. Imagine your problem solving by thinking someone/ something can make you happy, smile (family, best friends, girlfriend, or exercise).

Forgive your emotional triggers: how to trigger your most emotional?

Best friend, family members, your own self, list down what it can make you happy.

Say NO to the word FAILURE!!!

Imagine if you could do anything in the world without feeling fear or any negative feelings whatsoever.
The fear of failure is instilled in us from early childhood because of overly protective parents. It’s not easy to hear the words “No!” over and over again.
As we grow, this negative belief becomes unconscious. You don’t even know it’s there. You just live your life as best as you can.

Overcoming fear of failure is not easy but if you are determined to take your personal growth to the next level.

Where does your fear of failure originate?

Identify the Root Cause
·         Sit down, take a few deep breaths, ask yourself when your fear of failure was formed, and observe on it.
·         Simplify to say when I began doing something, I was overwhelmed to say the least. I had no idea of where to go, what to do, and how to do?
·         And if I don’t know what to do, I would ask a friend to join with me.
·         Find your passion, and boldly go where you have never gone before.

Failure is inevitable

·         Let’s face it, failure is inevitable if you want to live a remarkable life.
·         It not going to happen if you succumb to your fears and try to look for.
·         If you want your life a dream come true, make failure a part of your life.

Fail more. Succeed more

“No failure not feedback”

·         You will learn the lesson from early in your life. When you become expert in some things.
·         You should never assume that you know it all. But things what strategy will you solve?

Failure is temporary

Don’t imagine yourself moving in your head stops there. (Start, continue) if you stop from there, your failure will exactly will stop of what you need.

Free your mind

·         See thoughts for what you are….. Thoughts.Thoughts can be eliminated, feeling  can be alleviated, and fears can be overcome.
·          Taking massive as an action or facing your fears.
·      Think what you become, so make sure you get it right on in before you blame the outside. That’s why people try to get more money, better relationships, seek happiness only to end up where people started.

Shift your perspective

The thing of what you want to do is get mad yourself for not being perfect. We are all the same but we must have reasons why you are not like smart person? Then list down of what he/she have? (- +)

Don’t rush take competition on it.

Self-growth

Failure in something everyone faces at one point or other. This is not mean you are fail but you things positively you are beginning of an amazing journey.

EX: what do you see? Do you see yourself failing in front of large group of people, which pretexts you by laugh to you?

Take action

We can get more knowledge on your hand by using internet. Success is what you learning, searching, and sharing. Get the source from internet to guide you of what you do.
When you blend action with the guidance that comes from your heart, your progress will be fast, powerful and fulfilling.

“Sometimes I feel like I am not living life but life is living me”
What interesting you live is what you try to it.

Definition - What does .NET Framework (.NET) mean?

The .NET framework is a software development framework from Microsoft. It provides a controlled programming environment where software can be developed, installed and executed on Windows-based operating systems.

The principal design features are:
  • Interoperability: This allows for .NET-developed programs to access functionalities in programs developed outside .NET.
  • Common Runtime Engine: Also known as the common language runtime, this allows programs developed in .NET to exhibit common behaviors in memory usage, exception handling and security.
  • Language Independence: Common language infrastructure specifications (CLI) allow for the exchange of data types between two programs developed in different languages.
  • Base Class Library: A library of code for most common functions--used by programmers to avoid repetitive rewriting of code.
  • Ease of Deployment: There are tools to ensure the ease of installing programs without interfering with previously installed applications.
  • Security: Programs developed in .NET are based on a common security model.
